call centre (British English) or call center (American English) is a centralized office used for receiving or transmitting a large volume of enquirers by telephone. An inbound call center is operated by a company to
administer incoming product or service support or information enquirers from
consumers. Outbound call centers are operated for telemarketing, for
solicitation of charitable or political donations, debt collection, market

requirement to obtain a Call Center License from the Government of Bangladesh has
been described below. BTRC is the official authority to issue this type of
license. The information and details has been collected from the official

Guideline:
General
Guideline to apply for National Signaling Point Code (NSPC), Numbering, Prior
Permission and NOC for Custom Clearance. The information is a general guideline
for the any Operator / Service Provider to apply for the following:
- National Signaling Point Code (NSPC)
- Numbering
- Prior permission to import equipment
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) for custom clearance

The following documents are required for NSPC:
- Forwarding Letter using organization’s Letter Head Pad
- Copy of License/Licenses (not necessary if it is provided earlier)
- Full Network diagram in Map
- Interconnection Network
- If the NSPC is for outside of the license area should be justified
- Address of the Main Switching Centre (MSC) for which NSPC is required

The following documents are required for Numbering:
- Forwarding letter using organization’s Letter Head Pad
- Copy of the License(s) (not necessary if it is provided earlier)
- Network diagram

The following documents are required for Prior permission to import equipment:
- Forwarding letter using organization’s Letter Head Pad
- Catalog/Brochure
- List of equipment (Brand name, Model no., Qty) (4 copies)
- Copy of the License/Licenses (not necessary if it is provided earlier)

The following documents are required for Custom Clearance:
- Forwarding Letter using organization’s Letter Head Pad
- Copy of Prior Permission
- Airways Bill (AWB)
- Invoice
- Packing list

documents are required for any sort of Connectivity Application for Call
Center/ HCCSP:
- Forwarding letter using organization's Letter Head Pad
- BTRC-CC5 Form (Application for Connectivity of Call Center/ HCCSP)
- Actual Network Diagram
- Copy of Client Agreement
- Connectivity Provider's Offer Letter
- Agent List (Name, E-Mail, Cell Number)
- Equipment List
- BTRC-CC2 Form (If Registered Number of Seats is changed)
- BTRC-CC3 Form (If Registered/Operation Center Address is Changed)
- Bandwidth Requirement Calculation (Seat-Wise)
- Copy of Proposal from Minutes & Leads Provider
