During your usage of QUBEE connection (plan / package), you may require any specific services or need answers to different queries regarding your QUBEE connection. To help the users in these type of requirements Qubee provide Client Login panel for each connection.
With your QUBEE user name and password you can access a Customer Web Portal called Web Self-Care (WSC) where most of the necessary information about your connection is available.
Here are the things you can do with your WSC portal / login panel:
- Check your account information
- Change password
- Get your bill summary
- Pay your bill through scratch cards
- Check your usage details
- Queries/ complains to customer care
Check your account information:
Type https://my.qubee.com.bd in your browser window and press ‘Enter’. On this page type your user name and password for your pre-pay or Monthly Package. Select ‘Profile Information’ option from the ‘Profile’ tab and check the details of your profile information. If you need to change any of the information follow the instructions explained in the ‘Send queries and complaints to customer care’ section below.
Change your password:
It is recommended that you change your default password as soon as possible after purchase. Select the ‘Change Password’ option from the ‘Profile’ tab to do this. Please note that you need to update the new password in your modem after changing the password from Web Self-Care. Please refer to the modem installation process explained above for changing your password.
You can check your bill summary from the ‘Bill Summary’ option under the profile tab.
Payment through Scratch Card:
You can pay your bills through scratch cards for your QUBEE Monthly package or Pre Pay connection. The process to recharge through scratch card is explained in the next section.
Check your usage details:
To check your usage details you need to log out from the Web Self-Care page and in the login page, you will find a link ‘To see your usage, please click here’. Click on that link and you will be redirected to a new page where you need to provide your user name and password. Once you have logged on, select the ‘from date’ and ‘to date’ and click ‘generate usage’. You will see a full usage details in MB. Please note that this information is not real time. You are only able to view your usage till 24 hours prior to refill.
Send queries and complaints to customer care:
You can send complaints and queries to customer care through ‘Customer Query’ option from ‘Customer Care’ tab. You need to select the nature of your query and write down the request in the provided field. You will then get a ticket number. You can request to change your profile information through this tab option. You can track the result of your queries through ‘My Query Status’ option.
